Have you ever heard a choir during the Christmas season that brings goosebumps to you just thinking about them? Well, this Christmas Season you have a chance to hear the most beautiful voices at the Tree of Life Celebration on Dec. 5th at 5 pm at the Aurora Medical Center Hospital Carport in Hartford. The Slinger High School Jazz Choir will bring the cold crisp air to your nose and the angelic Christmas sounds to your ears. Their music will go right into your heart and fill you with the warm and awe inspiring notes of the Christmas Season. A special tree ceremony, guest speakers along with our musical choir will create an evening to remember. This event is a long time tradition that truly brings many reasons for the season. The Tree of Life Celebration will celebrate it’s 32nd year of sharing and caring for the elderly in our community. The Personal Emergency Lifeline Program continues to be a favorite service that provides safety and peace of mind for hundreds in our community needing a little assistance living alone in their home. These lifelines save lives everyday. Your participation and support allows our elderly to live independent in their home with a little monitoring. Push a button and assistance is right there. We are proud to be serving the community with this need. Financial assistance for these lifelines is available for those who need it. Help us decorate the Tree of Life with love. Every light on the tree indicates a gift of love in honor, in memory or in celebration of someone special. Help us make the Tree of Life shine like never before. All gifts of love remain local and allow assistance and support for those who need it. White Lights are $10, Red Lights are $25 and Blue Lights are $100. Share in this holiday experience.
