Medical Transportation

Often, elderly and disabled individuals do not have the means to get to their appointments. The Medical Center Foundation of Hartford  provides financial assistance for  these individuals, offering transportation to medical appointments in Hartford and Slinger Aurora facilities and the Albrecht Free Clinic in West Bend. The Albrecht Free Clinic in West Bend is a medical clinic that provides medical services to our under served community members. Rides to and from Hartford and Slinger are free.

In addition, rides are provided to Germantown’s new Cancer Treatment Center.

This community service includes transportation to the clinics, hospital, rehabilitation centers and the Adult Day Services – 1022 Club in Hartford. All rides are subsidized when you use the Hartford Taxi (262-673-8223), and the Washington County Shared Ride Taxi Service (262-338-2908).

This service is made possible by donations from caring people like you. Your donations provide this much-needed service at a very low cost to elderly and disabled individuals who do not have the means to get to their appointments.
