You feel weak, tired and worn out. The ride you planned for cancelled and you can’t miss this appointment. This is where the Foundation’s Medical Transportation is here for you.
This program assures you that transportation is available for patients who are residents of Washington County and who need a ride to Aurora Medical Center in Washington County, Adult Day Services in Hartford, Aurora Advanced Health Centers in Hartford, Slinger and West Bend, Aurora Rehab Centers in Hartford and Dove Plaza in Slinger.
