Resources in Washington & into Dodge County

The Medical Center Foundation of Hartford is a great resource for those looking for assistance in caring for a loved one who needs a little help.  We have Lifelines, Adult Day Care, a Fitness Program, a Medical Transportation Program and a program that helps victims of sexual crimes called, SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner).  All of these programs serve here in our community, Washington & into Dodge County.  People don’t always know what resources are available and that the MCF of Hartford works very hard in sharing information that will provide respite for those who are caring for a loved one. Are you trying to keep track of your mother’s activities while working a full time job?  Are you fed up with insurance companies that tell you that you are better after 20 sessions of physical therapy?  Are you trying to figure out a way to get your father to the doctor’s office for his appointment without having to take off of work again just so the doctor can look at him and send him home again?  We can and will help you.  The MCF of Hartford has been helping community members since 1977.  We are here to serve and want you to know we care.  Call Deb 262-670-7568 for more information.
