Compassion, Connection, Community

Our Adult Day Services program is designed to promote independence in the elderly and deter the need for nursing home placement. This is a community-based center that meets the health and social needs of older adults and their families. This program runs Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Tamarack Adult Day Services and the Medical Center Foundation of Hartford are partners. This partnership allows our community to have an adult day care facility that has compassion for our elderly. How much does it cost?

As a program supported by Medical Center Foundation of Hartford, the Adult Day Services participants are charged only a portion of the program’s cost. Financial applications for scholarships are available. Rates are based on level of care required.

The Medical Center Foundation of Hartford is here to serve. Your gifts given to the Adult Day Service program financially support local families who can not afford to attend the program on their own. Available on an as-needed basis, Tamarack Adult Day Services program provides flexibility and scheduling options to meet individual needs.

Services include:

Medication Administration, Occupational Physical and Speech Therapy, Bathing / Spa, Podiatry Care, Personal Care, Nutritious Meals, Simple Wound Care, Recreational Activities and Entertainment, Low Cost Transportation from Hartford and Slinger, Health Assessments, Beautician / Barber Services, Screening Services, Support Groups, and Vaccine Clinics
